Welcome to Floorescent Services LLC By booking or using our cleaning services, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Floorescent Services LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Specific services, pricing, and scheduling are agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We strive to arrive on time but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic or unexpected delays. If we are delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items prior to service. Inform us of any special cleaning requests or areas requiring extra care.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary. We do not handle biohazardous materials.
